Their Instagram page also demonstrates examples of how the application works and provides videos that were created using the application. CutStory is actively communicating with other countries by providing post in Spanish and using social media platforms that are compatible with social media sites over seas. This is a great way for CutStory to expand their application and reach an international demographic.
Cutstory does not have a website, however they are actively communicating with their users through the Apple Store. Many users that left unfavorable reviews received a message from CutStory informing them on how to fix the problem or if they have fixed a bug. This creates brand loyalty and ensures their users are happy using their application.
In addition to using their Instagram account and actively communicating with their users on the Apple Store, CutStory is also featured in several different blogs many of which have even posted tutorial videos on YouTube. This helps generate new users while informing their current users. These are all great ways for CutStory to target their audience because their all being used on social media platforms where majority of their users are located.
